Smartsheet Control Center Dark Mode

Smartsheet Control Center is a separate application layer with its own interface for managing project blueprints, provisioning projects, and tracking intake. It operates outside the main Smartsheet grid UI, so dark mode settings that apply to sheets and reports have no effect on Control Center screens.
