What counts as a qualifying referral?
A qualifying referral occurs when a new customer is referred through an approved tracking method — such as your unique referral link or approved manual attribution — and converts to a paid plan within the cookie window.
When and how are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly on Net-30 terms — a calendar month's commissions become payable 30 days after that month ends — via PayPal, once the $25 minimum payout threshold is reached. Balances below the threshold roll forward.
Can I promote Grid Tools on social media?
Yes. You may share your referral link on any platform where you have a genuine audience. Paid advertising requires prior approval, and bidding on the Grid Tools brand name is not permitted.
Do I need to disclose my affiliate relationship?
Yes. Affiliate Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Grid Tools, in accordance with applicable advertising and disclosure rules.
